ANXIETY & DEPRESSION

Picture
Anxiety and Depression are unfortunately increasingly common conditions that affect millions of Australians. It has been estimated that, in any one year, around 1 million Australian adults have depression and over 2 million have anxiety. 45% of Australians will experience a mental health condition in their lifetime.

Although depression and anxiety are very different conditions, it is not uncommon for them to occur at the same time. Typically, over half of those who experience depression, will also experience symptoms of anxiety.

If you think you might be suffering from depression or anxiety, here's a simple quiz to help you find out. You might also like to discuss these concerns with your doctor or make an appointment for counselling.

    Anxiety and Depression Checklist (K10)

This simple checklist aims to measure whether you may have been affected by depression and/or anxiety during the past four weeks. The higher you score, the more likely you are to be experiencing depression or anxiety.
Your answers and results will be treated with complete confidentiality. The questions relate to how you've been feeling over the past four weeks. Click the button next to each answer that best reflects your thoughts, feelings and behaviour.

    In the past 4 weeks...

Please provide your name and contact details and we will be in touch with your results. Based on this score, we'll tell you whether you fall into the low, medium or high range. We'll also help you take the next step, with information and support.
